Formation of competence of verbal communication of foreign students to study kazakh and russian language (speech situation)

Abstract

The article considers different methods of foreign students’ oral communication in Kazakh and Russian, analyses the use of conditional and real situations, and proposes recommendations for oral communication skills’ development. The methods of speaking of foreign students, who study Kazakh language, are considered and the analysis of psychological backgrounds of speaking teaching is given. Important place among conditions required for speaking is get to situations and their components. Academic process cannot reflect all really existing situations, therefore, it is proposed to model academic communicative situations which imitate real speech communication. In the article, various methodic recommendations are provided, which correspond to various stages of education. It is given attention not only to linguistic form of expression, but to informal form.Interactive forms, use of dialogues and polylogues are proposed for speaking. Sistem of exercises, provided in the article, contributes to development of oral communicative.
