About transcultural and multilingualism problem.

Abstract

In this article considers the cultural aspects of multilingualism. Also analyzes the positions of scientists and writers, stated opinion of the author of the article. It defines the place of the Russian language in the work of the Kazakh authors who create their works in a foreign language. It is noted that the relationship between the Kazakh and Russian culture in the minds of bilingual authors have a positive impact on the development of national consciousness and literary creation.
