Abstract

The article deals with the gender differences in translation. It is stated in the article that gender is a social – linguistic and social-cultural phenomenon and it should not be ignored in the process of translation. Some specific features of gender differences in the process of translation are revealed in the article. The necessity of doing more research in this field is underlined in the article.
