Abstract

The article is devoted to the book which is a unique edition of the first description of the grammatical system of the Turkic language made 400years ago by printing method in Leipzig by Hieronymus Megiser.Grammar of the Turkic language made in Latin covered practically all tiers of the Turkic language starting with phonetics and ending with vocabularyincluded in the added texts and Latin-Turkic and Turkic-Latin dictionaries. It opens a new page in the study of medieval Turkic monuments andhistory of the Turkic printed book.
