Pledge of correct parsing of sentence – a review of the body of structure, its semantics and communicativeness
Keywords:
parsing of sentence, part of sentence, the main parts of sentence, structure of sentence, semantics, and communicativeness.Abstract
The article discusses the sequence of parsing of sentences in the modern Kazakh language. The authors stress a gap between schoolbooks and academic research on studies of sentence parsing. The schoolbooks take a stance that in determining a subordinate part of the sentences primary attention should be given to the meaning of a word. Thus, an adjective should be an Attribute, a noun – a Subject or an Object and an adverb – Adverbial Modifiers. However, in academic studies subordinate parts of sentences are linked to the studies on word combinations. For the development of the theory of syntax, various sentences in Kazakh are parsed taking into account the need for a comprehensive study of subordinate sentences. From this point the authors conclude that for the correct parsing of sentences it is necessary to consider its structure, semantics and communicative goals as a basis of the sentence.
