Semiotics of «Almaty text» in Vladimir Lugovsky and Olzhas Suleymenov’s poems

Abstract

The author of article considers Vladimir Lugovsky’s poem of «The city of dreams» and Olzhas Suleymenov’s poem «Balcony», investigates city semiotics as locus from within to make idea of «the Almaty text» in com­parison with «St. Petersburg» or «the Moscow text». For this purpose she gives interpretation of some fragments of plots of these poems. This is in article attempt to describe that special and unique that makes «the Almaty text» of these of poems. The author of article considers that Alma-Ata as the special city with the history and mythology, the people inhabiting the city, the unique architecture, the nature and mountains not sufficiently find the reflection in the Russian and Russian-speaking literature of Kazakhstan. For detection of specifics of «the Almaty text» is analyzed the motive of a dream in V. Lugovsky’s poem, and surprising aura of Alma-Ata of 60th and 80th in Suleymenov’s poem and Salykov’s movie «Balcony» .
