Abstract

Studyng special native and foreign literatues on the problem of the forms of existing language shows that opinion of many scientists are not similiar toeach others and non-adequate. Because of this we can have 3 main directions. Presenters of the fist direction describe two , three, four forms of existing national language. Scientists, uho refer to the second social-linguistic schools, emphasize four forms of existing languages, such as: literatural language, simple speech, social dialects and territorial dialects. The third social-linguistic school assents the attention on the main and mid-term forms of existing national language. In German language three forms of existing language are pointed in scientific literature: German literatural language, casual-speech form of language , local dialects.
