Abstract

Professional and personal formation of future teacher in the conditions of realization of credit technology of training in the higher education institution, one of hot topics for today in formation of RK. The credit system of training allows young people to realize all the intellectual and spiritual possibilities, or by means of skilled teachers to project the educational trajectory, to study those disciplines which strengthen their abilities. Among a set of various approaches to definition of professional and pedagogical culture the personal approach which is considered in this article is offered by scientists.
