Abstract

The article discusses the role of the press-service public relations and analyzes the function of the press-secretary. The author devotes special attention to the fact that the history of the press-service of each country has developed in different ways and as a justification, he analyzes the history of the press services of the United States, Germany, Great Britain, Russia and Kazakhstan. Stresses the importance of the press-secretary and lists the characteristics of its specialty. Analyze the duties and requirements that are put to the press-secretary. Emphasizes the necessary qualities for successful works of press-secretary.
