Abstract

This article is about the importance of project technology for teaching of intercultural communication. It is important to use the project technology in a foreign language teaching. The word «Project» came to the European languages from Latin and means «an idea thrown, cast, or impelled forward, speech». As the title puts forward the idea, that is, as in our case, the topic is «the student – the teacher». Then the students come forward and share their opinions. Project lessons activities consist of different stages and steps. Project lessons are not possible to conduct within one day. The students who are accustomed to the traditional classes cannot shift to the project lesson activities within one day. Duration of project lesson activities is different; they may be short-term or long-term. The Project technology should include research and prospecting activities in learning a foreign language; it help the students to master foreign language with more quality. The use of the project methodology at foreign language lessons teaches the students free and creative thinking.
