Abstract

This article discusses the maxims in the small cautionary tales of Kadyr Myrza Ali which included in the collection "Gibratnama". Noted that occasional phrases, maxims and aphorisms of Kadyr Myrza Ali are means of transmission of linguistic identity of the writer himself. The article presents the definition of the term "maxim" in Kazakh and Russian linguistics and shows the differences between the maxims and aphorisms. Disclosed the values of maxims in the small cautionary stories of writer as "Tortkul dunie", " Biyalay men kolgap", "Kubyzhyk", "Uaiym men Umit", "Tygyn men spirt", "Urshyk", "Aiyrmashylyk", "Siz kalai uiyktaisyz?" and defined their ability to use out of context. Talked about some maxims consonance with folk sayings. It is proved that the generalization of works with philosophical thoughts, i.e. maxims - creative writing , handwriting and personal style of Kadyr Myrza Ali.
