The article examines the influence of education and upbringing based on national values as a synergistic system that shapes cognitive, cultural and human capital. Within this system, the process of language learning is characterised not only as a means of acquiring subject-specific knowledge, but also as a spiritual and cultural space that broadens the learner’s worldview, reveals their national identity and fosters social responsibility. The aim of the study is to determine the significance of education and upbringing as the foundation for the formation of an individual’s human capital. In line with this aim, the article analyses the value-based potential of language education content, its influence on the learner’s personal development, and the connection between the educational content of the teaching process and communicative activity. The methodological basis of the work consists of communicative approaches, concepts of value-oriented education, and scientific and practical principles for the selection and organisation of educational content. This methodological focus allows language teaching to be viewed as a comprehensive pedagogical process at the intersection of education, upbringing, culture and social practice. The analysis covers such areas as content – the core of the national worldview and values; the linguistic field – the semantic space of values; and social action – the practical application of knowledge in life. These three areas are considered in relation to one another and are linked to the possibility of applying the knowledge acquired by learners in verbal communication, the expression of their own position, reasoned discourse and socially significant activities. The result areas combine subject knowledge with value-based content and enhance the harmony between the student’s thought, word and action; assessment criteria include indicators such as ethics, audience, quality of argumentation, counter-argumentation, speech etiquette and socio-cultural impact. These indicators serve as the basis for assessing not only the learner’s linguistic competence, but also their responsible communicative stance, culture of discussion, ability to act appropriately in a social environment, and level of conscious perception of national values. The scientific novelty of the article lies in the fact that the pedagogical model is proposed as a methodological framework that forms the unity of “value – language – action”. The practical significance of the research lies in the fact that communicative acts based on action correlate with value-based outcomes and contribute to the creation of socially significant products.
