Pragmatical aspects of functioning of a zoomorphical metaphor

Abstract

In article pragmatical aspects of use of a zoomorphical metaphor in such the different languages as Russian and Kazakh are considered. In article the most widespread examples of the use of a zoomorphical metaphor in discourse space of the Russian and Kazakh languages are analysed. The author has noted that zoomorphical metaphors were widely adopted in communicative practice. They can be used as the address to people with various social status, can characterize political convictions, describe external details. Zoomorphical metaphors have high rate in a discourse that is caused by a number of extralinguistic factors. Among these factors emotionality and expressiveness of these lexical units in comparison with other means of language figure prominently. In article the national and cultural features influencing distinctions in connotive semantics of a zoomorphical metaphor of the Russian and Kazakh languages are also described.
