Gender features of speech

Abstract

The article deals with the history of origin of gender linguistics, its study of foreign and Kazakh linguistics, scientific directions in research of features of language of men and women. By means of language units differences and similarities of syntactic composition, vocabulary and grammatical forms in speech of men and women will be analyzed. We differentiate between the use of sex and gender, their functioning in culture and language. Also, the differences between male and female speech are considered, and the importance of studying the gender aspect of communication is emphasized.
