Abstract

In the process of the act of communication the speech of a subject is directed to a recipient and the result of this is an impact on his behavior. In realization of speech strategy (the purpose, plan as internal intention, plan) the direct and indirect speech acts, various speech tactics and speech manipulation play the main role. In this regard speech acts created to make an influence with an intention of instigation to some illegal actions and also to expres threat, advice, recommendation, motivation become the subject of a judicial and linguistic research. In the article the linguo-legal aspects of speech acts reflecting the signs of motivating to take an action contrary to law are considered. Examples of the analysis of the speech acts taking place in practice of judicial and linguistic examination by means of their pragmatical description are specified.
