Writing – the cradle of world civilization

Abstract

А. Baitursynuly is the reformer who presented new sample and made national alphabet in the history of Kazakh science. «Оku kurali» (1912) is one of the first alphabet written by Baitursynuly in Kazakh language. This alphabet was rewritten from the point of new methods of teaching and republished several times until 1925. «Оku kurali» is being evaluated as the important textbook until present day from the methodological point. Writing is the science of grammatology. А. Baitursynuly laid the foundation of the science of grammatology. Because, the writing is the phenomenon of culture at high level, the role of writing in the world of human being, the relation of language and culture, new orthography made on the basis of Arabic script adapted on the nature of Kazakh language –the importance and significance of the alphabet of Baitursynuly are considered in the article.
