The main problems of Kazakh journalism

Abstract

In this article journalistic ethics is considered as the main problem of Kazakh journalism. Having considered the intersection of science and practice ina tendency of specialty of journalism, the question rests against the fact that some important and major issues of Kazakh journalism is not accepted as independent spheres of science today. Media, for all of its existence, is the strongest propaganda of political ideology. In this regard it allowed violations of ethics, serving not for completion of spiritual needs of people, but for the effect on their mind by some idea.There are the concrete facts that determine non-scientific side of journalism and provide that journalism is a socio-political instrument that monitors society and transmits information of the government. From this proceeds the most dangerous enemy of objectivity, the most important criterion for ethical - political influence. But before we raise the subject, I would like to note that the idea of considering journalism, that provides media by information, as an independent science has not found acceptance by many experts. This argument is not only a national scale, but in general it is a proof of non-compliance of the world journalism to science criteria .
