Abstract

This article discusses the scientific basis of the theory and practice of formation of professional competence of teachers of a foreign language. In the article the analysis of terminological vocabulary on the subject of the article, describing the specific subject of "foreign language" the professional competence of the basic methodological approaches. Study on the formation of professional competence of teachers, in particular, of the English language indicates the integrative nature of individual properties, which combine skills teaching and subject area knowledgecommunication, didactic, personality. In praktičsekoj bands are widely used mainly samples of authentic speech that successfully performs various fonomaterialy created spcialistami-native English speakers. Lingvo-didactic aspect of English language teaching, the professional competence of teachers in the teaching-type project lessons.
