Abstract

The article deals with the problem of translation as a form of literary links. The article is aimed at the formation of the interaction of material and spiritual culture of people from different countries speaking different languages and at the exchange of artistic and literary values, which is carried out mainly through translation. «Faust» by Goethe, one of the best works of world literature, born once in the language of original, was reborn time and again in other languages, bringing aesthetic delight to readers of different countries and generations. Nowadays, translation has become one of the main forms of relationship between nations. The necessity to make the spiritual wealth of other nations available by means of translation for your nation is so natural that it needs no explanation.
