Transcultural approach in the study of national literature

Abstract

The article considers the transcultural approach as a new method in the study of national literature. The growing interest of literary criticism in transcultural experience, which is reflected in artistic creativity, is associated with the emergence of a huge number of poets and prose writers with world recognition, whose literary identity is defined as staying on the border of several cultures. Literature, which realizes itself in intercultural dialogue, has a lot of specific features, reflects not only the very fact of active interaction of several literatures, but also shows a qualitatively new creation – the result of the hybridization of these literatures. Authors consider the points of view of domestic and foreign researchers about emergence of a new transcultural paradigm, Special attention is paid to an originality of transcultural literature in the conditions of modern Kazakhstan society becomes a historical and cultural phenomenon and draws attention of researchers.
