Possibilities of hypertext technologies in research of Olzhas Suleymenov’s dialogue with predecessors

Abstract

The author of the article considers the possibilities of the use of hypertext technologies when studying Olzhas Suleymenov’s creativity as hypertext. She makes a start from M.M. Bakhtin and Yu.M. Lotman’s concepts about cultural dialogue and dialogue of cultures. The thought that the culture in system
of communications is not an object, and the subject of dialogue is regarded as of paramount importance.
According to the author of the article, hypertext technologies allow to consider a particular text of Olzhas
Suleymenov in the context of the universal information field. Hyperlinks allow to reveal his predecessors, to determine the content of the dialogue of the Kazakh poet with poets and writers of other eras, in
particular, with the author of «Tale of Igor’s Campaign».
