Fundamental changes in the modern world are the formation of integration processes that are active
in the system of higher education. One of the goals of Kazakhstan’s higher education, which is reflected
in the coordination of educational standards in different countries of the world, is its renewal goal, which
contributes to the accessibility, quality and effectiveness of education. Currently, one of the tasks of
Kazakhstani higher education is the task of its modernization, contributing to the improvement of accessibility, quality and efficiency of education. The development of academic mobility of teaching staff,
undergraduates and students contributes to the achievement of these goals.
Thus, one of the main tools for the development of academic mobility in modern conditions is still
the recognition of qualifications and educational documents. In this regard, there is a certain legislative
base, which helps to consolidate at the national and international level the comparison of diplomas of
various universities. Guiding the experience of foreign countries, taking into account the specifics of Kazakhstan education, it is necessary to develop joint educational programs and projects that have as their
ultimate goal the training of highly qualified specialists in various fields.
