Abstract

Conscious behavior of human in relation to language – is a significant social factor affecting the preservation of language as a whole. From a sociolinguistic point of view, the concept of “purism” which is recognized as a concept related to language corpus planning, is interpreted in connection with the conscious activity of an individual or an entire linguistic community in relation to language. In order to assess the effectiveness of the kazakhization process, reflecting the modern dynamics of the Kazakh language, it is important to pay attention to the relationship between the concepts of “kazakhization” and “purism”. The recognition of lexical innovations as a result of the kazakhization process in the prism of purism requires determining the subjective assessment of language speakers. At the previous stages of the research, an associative experiment was carried out in an interdisciplinary aspect aimed at modeling the self-organization of kazakhized lexical innovations in the mental lexicon of native speakers. The subjective scaling method was used to verify the reliability of the survey results. The results of a complex experiment and the method of subjective scaling prove that the lexical innovations that appeared in the modern Kazakh language, created by the internal capabilities of the language, do not have the same position in the system of language, oral and written communication, and also characterizes the diverse position of native speakers “correct” / “incorrect”; “accept” / “do not accept”.  In the article is considered the mixture of the concepts of Kazakhization and purism, which describe active processes in the lexical dynamics of the Kazakh language, and analyzes the results of an experiment based on the subjective scaling method aimed at determining the attitude and assessment of native speakers of Kazakhized lexical innovations.
