The peculiarities of the maxim in the presentation of the language picture of the world in M. Auezov’s dramas

Abstract

The article considers M. Auezov’s drama language which reflects main characteristics of world’s linguistic image. It determines view of world of independent linguistic identity. The article discloses the effective use of the author’s abundant maxims in the description of the national picture of the world in dramatic works, philosophical conclusions, their application in accordance with the characteristics of knowledge, understanding. The article also considers types of sentences which are confirmed by examples from dramatic works (maxim, gnome, apophthegm or chreia). We see the way how masterfully they are used in M. Auezov’s drama works. They are encountered in compositional, stylistic, author’s lyrical digressions. Although there are differences in the way of usebetween sentences and lyrical digressions, the author clarifies the ideas by affirming them withthe help of concrete examples without isolating them from the context. The author sees the world through himself, his worldview and idiostyle. The visible image that is shown in the article through artistic sentencesis the unique image of world, linguistic picture of the world which appears in the recipient’s mind. We are witnesses of meaningful conclusions based on philosophical thoughts which were created by M.Auezov’s skills in the use of sentences for disclosing the image of the main character.
