Abstract

This article considers main values such as culture, thinking and communication culture, humanism culture, language culture, pedagogical culture. The author tries to explain the terms and reasons of formation of pedagogical communication culture. Some peculiarities of language culture were defined as well in the article.
In this work we consider the communication culture of teachers, ways of formation of their spiritual and creative activities. The article discusses issues of speech skill based on language culture, the ability to express thoughts properly, systematically, figuratively. It is necessary to pay great attention to the speech communication direction of speech activity of a teacher. Every teacher should have culture of speech, speech technique, speech skill. It is known that the culture of oral speech develops on the basis of oratory. Professional competence of future experts begins with the formation of speech culture. Speech communication is realized through thinking, speaking, listening, understanding, exchanging views and different intentions. Perception and understanding of speech are closely linked. One of the basic requirements of speech culture is correct pronunciation and spelling of words. Another way of formation of speech culture is the absorption of ethnic language through samples of oral national creativity, art literature. One of the conditions of assimilation of language culture is the ability to vividly convey his thoughts. The respect of national culture and national values and their further development is a manifestation of culture. Professional skills of future specialists is determined by the diversity of knowledge.
