Abstract

Today, information texts depends on how they perceive public opinion. According to the requirements of language communication and information transfer their style should be clear to readers. At last, we can see such things as a change in the structure of the essence of some proverbs. This shows the nature of the violation of linguistic norms and misunderstanding of language units. Such phenomena are often found not only in the local or independent newspapers, but also in national and state publications. Changing the nature of proverbs in the language of newspapers, the simplification of their structure, the loss of the components of copyright and the addition of words between the components are very common and are used by the author for a particular purpose. In consequence of such "modification" the nature and content of proverbs is changing and if some of them disappear from the language used, the other as a result of frequent use they taking a standard form.
