Abstract

The authors of the article focus on the thesis that the intertextual approach to the study of modern Kazakh prose is one of the promising methods of teaching students at the Faculty of Philology, therefore, the main purpose of their research is to identify the possibilities of searching for intertextual interactions of one text with others. The algorithm of intertextual analysis is based on the identification of a "foreign word" in the text of the story under consideration by Nikolai Verevochkin, the definition of borrowing functions and the interpretation of "near" and "far" meanings of references, reminiscences, allusions and various types of citations. From the point of view of the authors of the article, the identification of intertext elements at the first stage of text research, the systematization of these "inclusions" and the definition of their functions not only contributes to the student's complete immersion in the text of N. Verevochkin's story, but also allows him to enter a wide cultural context. The main character Ananiy Perfilievich Bzvzdzindzsky is "inscribed" in the famous gallery of "little people", has a lot in common with Gogol's hero, is similar to the heroes of postmodern prose called "man-zero", "man-minus". The analysis of the intertextuality of the story "Sacrificial Donkey" at each stage of its research reveals new meanings of the plot and establishes new forms of dialogue with other texts.
