Abstract

In article problems of ontology of a business discourse and a role in it nonverbal means of communication are considered. Business communication is characterized as the institutsialny phenomenon with the communicative and pragmatical space and with the participants of a communicative event. The provision on national and cultural conditionality of nonverbal means of business communication locates. The choice of these of means and their pragmatical functions are caused by the cultural stereotypes inherent in certain people. The analysis of nonverbal means of business communication and their pragmatical functions is carried out on a material of the Russian and Chinese cultures.
