Eurasian Journal of Philology: Science and Education – a peer-reviewed scholarly journal founded in 1992 and published by Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

Aims & Scope
The journal publishes the results of original research articles and analytical review papers in the fields of philological sciences, humanities, and language education, including (but not limited to) the following areas:
• General, applied, sociolinguistics, psycholinguistics, and computational linguistics;
• World languages and comparative linguistic studies;
• Theory and practice of translation;
• Literary studies and analysis of literary texts;
• Textual studies and discourse analysis;
• Methods of teaching language and literature;
• Innovative educational technologies in philology;
• Intercultural communication and language policy;
• Contemporary trends in the development of language, literature, and translation studies.
Peer Review
All manuscripts undergo initial editorial screening and double-blind peer review by independent experts. The journal considers manuscripts that have not been previously published and are not under consideration elsewhere. Editorial decisions are based on scholarly significance, originality, methodological soundness, and relevance to the journal’s scope.
Editorial Policies and Publication Ethics
The journal adheres to the principles of academic integrity and publication ethics and applies procedures for:
- identifying unethical borrowing (plagiarism) and other forms of publication misconduct;
- disclosure and management of conflicts of interest;
- handling author communications (complaints and appeals related to peer review outcomes);
- issuing corrections and retractions where justified.

Open Access and Licensing
Articles are published in open access on the journal website and are available in full text. Publications are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license. Journal content is provided in three languages – Kazakh, Russian, and English – in accordance with the journal’s language policy.
DOI and Metadata
Each published article is assigned a DOI; registration is carried out through Crossref to ensure persistent identification, accurate citation, and long-term accessibility of publications.

Article Processing Charge (APC)
For manuscripts accepted for publication, an APC is set at 60,000 KZT per article. The APC is charged after acceptance; payment does not affect the editorial decision and does not replace peer review procedures. Proof of payment (receipt in PDF or JPEG format) should be sent by the authors to the editorial office via email.
