Abstract

This article examines the sound system of Russian language in comparison to the sound system of Korean language. Comprehension of Russian language sound system is the basis for developing correct pronunciation skills. This will allow overcome interference in segmentation, syllable identification and accent. The speed perception is very important in cross-cultural communication i.e. reading (or writing) in a language, and speaking in other language as a reproduction. The perception in one language and reproduction in other language. Causes difficulties in communication. To overcome the difficulties and masters correct pronunciation one should do the system of exercises dedicated to educate phonemic hearing.
