Research of new words in the Kazakh and Turkish languages according to cognitive paradigm

Аннотация

The 21st century language study process is not only a means of communicating and expressing the
language, but also the essence and specifics of language, in close contact with the language user and
considers it a spiritual, cultural code of the nation. Therefore, «cognitologists» try to analyze the structure of knowledge stored in neologisms and their impact on the language and conceptual world of the
modern language user. The article deals with the process of formation and development of the cognitive
direction of linguistics in Kazakhstan and Turkey.
