Abstract

The article deals with the determination of the levels of language, as well as different points of view of scientists on their classification. Particular attention is drawn to the existing at a later time, a branch of linguistics - wordformation in its various systemic manifestations: the interdependence of linguistic units and levels of language, its place and function in the system of language tiers. In addition, the author examines the transition of one language to the other units (transition sounds, moving some to other parts of speech, as well as some of the sentence in the other) and the mutual transition linguistic lines (transition phrases in a compound word, etc.). The article also addresses the question of what role is an intermediate syllable in close relationship of all levels of language, the different processes in the language tiers (conversion, lexicalization), and the implementation of the function of language as a complete system. The author emphasizes the transient language plays an important role in the evolutionary transformations of language units, their variability, transitional and mutual complmentarity.
