Abstract

The article focuses on the fact that at the beginning of the XXI century in Kazakh literature and world literature a new direction has neo-mythological tendencies that generate a tendency to myth-making. In this regard, our writers began to take the first successful steps towards reviving the national memory of our people and refuting the mythical dogmas imposed by the Soviet government. An era of great upheavals in the national consciousness has entered the stage of history, born of the awareness of the sacred writer’s duty to the people of the country, the awareness of spiritual stagnation both in life and in culture. Reflecting on the phenomena taking place in society, through the myth becomes the core of the article that new mythical patterns have become the creative goal of writers who entered literature on the way to broaden the horizons and worldview of the Kazakhs of the new time. The relevance of mythical motifs and plots in modern Kazakh literature in the direction of forming a new view of the human race is also determined. After all, everyone knows that one of the problems of concern today is the problem of morality. From this point of view, myth and mythology play an important role in the development of human consciousness in the life of society.
